Fiber Protection connectors can be used to connect many styles of the following:
- Proximity switches
- Photoelectric switches
- Heat-proof temperature sensors
There are basically three methods for attaching the tubes:
- Machine-screwed
- Pin-locked
- Adhesive
We also design and manufacture custom-made connectors upon request.
1. Screw-type:
Secured by pins after being screwed onto tube
Features:
- For termination of tube to the sensor head
- Prevents damage to optical fibers and cables
- Easy assembly and removal of sensor from tube
- Resists high-heat environments
Applications:
- Sensors and cable protection in measurement devices, sensors, robotics, automation equipment and arcade game machines
Notes:
- KS8NS-M18 and KS8NS-M30 have a window for the function indicator light

- Nickel plated on brass

Adhesive is applied to the tube during assembly. Can be used for interlocking-type tubes.
